HOW TO GET A GOOD SCORE IN TOEFL TEST

If you want to get a good score in toefl test, you must know about the tenses. Tense is a verb-based method used to indicate the time, and sometimes the continuation or completeness of an action or state in relation to the time speaking.

The concept of tense in English is a method that we use to refer to time - past, present and future. Many languages use tense to talk about time. Other languages have no concept of tense at all, but of course they can still talk about time, using different methods.

There are 16 tenses in English, but for daily conversation generally use 3 main tenses : present, past and future. Tense consist of complete sentence. Complete sentence consist of subject (S), predicate (P), object (O) and complement (C).

For example:

The answer is YES. ‘Arizona’ is singular, so you must use ‘HAS’ not ‘HAVE’.

CORRECT: Arizona has a very dry climate.

2. The first steamship to across the Atlantic   were   the Savana   in 1819.The first steamship to across the Atlantic  were  the Savana  in 1819.
